Interns need to know where to go if they have problems, including problems with their supervisors.
Most interns’ problem is that they don’t feel challenged or don’t feel like they’re being utilized.

Unpaid internships limit the opportunity to those who can afford to work for free. I wanted our opportunities to be available to everyone.
