When I started my business, I didn’t really think through the systems I set up.
I was so tired and so overwhelmed. And I just thought “How am I going to keep this up?”
I received low offers for my business. And when I looked at other businesses that were getting really good offers, I realized they had strong systems in place that made it easy for a new owner to take over. And my business did not have those strong systems. Optimization, optimization.
