We looked at every sector of our business and how we could reimagine the plans that we had made
We had to figure out a way to generate money in a way we did not anticipate
Look for a lot of flexibility in potential hires
We craft questions so we know immediately who is going to be the best fit
In general we are in agreement with who we want to hire. In times there was a 50/50 split, we’ve learned neither candidate is a good fit.
We should listen to our gut when hiring. And sometimes that means starting over.
We look for resilient staff. And I think that’s why we pivoted so easily.
