Collabing needs to start with having really truthful conversations.
We didn’t start with an agenda. Instead, we allowed the conversation to happen organically and gave participants space to say how they wanted to collaborate.
We don’t collaborate so we win. We collaborate so the community wins.
Collabing is a vehicle to help us all thrive. If we do it right, we all win.
People like to say “collaboration.” But they don’t really mean it.
We collaborate around specific projects.
You have to lean in to the hard conversations.
