Dolph Ward Goldenburg

Principal Consultant

Dolph Ward Goldenburg serves as the firm’s principal consultant and is recognized as a high performance leader in the nonprofit sector. As a successful CEO for 11 years, Dolph has a demonstrated history of leading nonprofit organizations to financial stability and growth. As a nonprofit consultant, Dolph’s specialty with the consulting practice includes Board development, strategic planning, and interim executive engagements.

In addition to extensive CEO experience, Dolph also has more than a decade of fundraising experience. He has successfully solicited six-figure gifts, developed successful donated-assets programs, increased annual campaign revenue, and written millions of dollars in funded grant proposals. Dolph also has significant experience as a nonprofit Board member, including as a successful Board co-chair for a national nonprofit. Dolph has been recognized by the Pennsylvania Senate, received the Visionary of the Year Award by Visions Today Magazine, and identified as one of the 101 Most Connected Philadelphians by Leadership Philadelphia. He holds a Master’s of public administration from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in social work from Georgia State University. Dolph earned the Board Source Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting. Dolph lives in Atlanta with his husband.

Lexie Linger

Consultant

Lexie has deep commitment to international human rights and refugee services, and has worked with New American Pathways, Refugee Family Services, and Coalition for Refugees from Burma. In her roles with these organizations, she engaged in strategic planning, trainings and workshops, event fundraising, and program development. 

Lexie holds a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and a Master’s in International Human Rights, with concentrations in Nonprofit Management and Conflict Resolution. In her consulting role, Lexie specializes in Board development and strategic planning. She also produces the Successful Nonprofits® Podcast. Lexie lives in Atlanta with her husband, two children, and two cats.

Kristin brings over 8 years of invaluable administrative expertise to our team. With a passion for supporting organizations that make a difference, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for streamlining processes, she plays a vital role in empowering us to focus on what matters most— providing expert guidance to nonprofit organizations that create a positive change in the world..
