If you don’t both call something out or provide feedback that something is causing a problem,
then, Some people are just oblivious or convince themselves that their behavior is not causing that much trouble or people don’t notice.
Finally, If you think about the driving force for what makes somebody a perfectionist, it tends to come down to a fear of the loss of control
Our reserves for bringing our best selves to work has been ground down. And I am seeing an unprecedented level of conflict at work.
People have a lower threshold of conflict.
Firstly, The best way to handle the elephant in the room is to say, “Hey! There’s an both elephant and a crow in the room!”
The mere fact of telling someone that they are unhinged at work is what most of us need to snap back.
